Work-Life Balance
Without work, it's hard to get paid, or eat, or have a nice bed to sleep in. Without joy, there are few friends, barren conversations and plenty of drudgery. So, how do you balance the two? I suggest you alternate them: work for awhile, go talk. Get something done, sit and joke around. Accomplish a task, celebrate a bit. It makes the day go by quicker, and you get more done. You can also mix up work that requires your brain like writing, or fixing a machine, with mindless work that allows you to chat, like waiting for copies, running a machine or cooking. That way, you can be useful while giving your brain a rest (or a workout) and enjoying the company of your co-workers.
